Reinvestment Fund is seeking professional services providers to support the Healthy Food Financing Initiative (HFFI). HFFI is a public-private partnership administered by Reinvestment Fund on behalf of USDA Rural Development that seeks to improve access to healthy foods in underserved areas.
Individuals or organizations who can provide technical assistance and industry-specific consulting services to HFFI grantees are needed. HFFI grantees are expected to need a variety of technical assistance that may include general business planning expertise or specialized expertise as it pertains to food retail, healthy food access, and food systems.
Expertise we are seeking includes business planning, market or site analysis, financial management, fundraising, community engagement and more. Read the Request for Qualifications for more information and instructions on how to submit.
Submissions deadline has been extended to April 26, 2019. Responding to this solicitation is not a guarantee of a contract. Respondents will be notified after May 1, 2019 about the availability of assignments.
